CNC Router
With over 20 years of experience in CNC router machinery and software, Altus® Industrial Aluminium offers precision profile-cutting for aluminium sheets and extrusions with unmatched speed and accuracy.
Our CNC router solution can handle aluminium sheet and plate up to:
- 25mm thick
- 2,400mm wide
- 9,000mm long
We operate two flat-bed CNC routers, complemented by a complete nested cutting solution that ensures optimal material utilisation. This advanced nesting service saves hours of manual work and increases material efficiency, ultimately reducing the costs for your projects.

Punching
Our punching service allows customers to order product, and get precision punched sheet metal, extrusion or parts when you need it. The use of punches can be super effective as it removes the burden of such a repetitive process.

Surface finishing

Colourscape™ Powder Coating
We offer a preferred range of 36 colour options, plus we’ll source any colour from the Dulux or Interpon range. Our powder coat facilities operate under Australian and New Zealand Standards AS/NZS3715 for powder coating applications. Our sites are Accredited Applicators for Qbase, EnduroColour, Gold Akzo Nobel and registered Orica Applicators.

Anoguard™ Anodising
We offer Matt Etch anodising in a range of colours; Natural, Bronzes in Light, Medium & Dark and Black on orders to 12, 20 and 25 micron.
Matt Etch removes the majority of manufacturing lines and imperfections, delivering a fine matte surface, sharp clarity and reduced reflectivity.
Custom Extrusion and Die Design
We also offer made-to-order services for custom designs and large mill run orders. Our team can provide a total solution – from design through to alloy selection and technical support.
Our experienced Die Design team have a long and successful track record of assisting companies with die design and modification. We create bespoke aluminium profiles, working with you to deliver designs that fit the unique requirements of your project.
